2.Develop new clients, identifying potential needs for fulfillment and B2B transport services.
Market Development & Account Management
3.Research target industries (e.g., e-commerce, retail, manufacturing) and analyze customer pain points to develop tailored sales strategies.
4.Conduct regular client visits, propose customized warehousing and logistics solutions.
Cross-Department Collaboration
5.Work closely with operations, customer service, and technical teams to ensure accurate communication of client requirements and oversee service fulfillment quality.
6.Coordinate solutions for customer issues in warehousing, delivery, and other operational areas to enhance satisfaction.
Data & Reporting
Track sales progress, submit regular reports, and provide market feedback to optimize sales strategies.
Assist in pricing strategy development and analyze competitor trends and industry dynamics.
