Job Descriptions
Major Job Details:
1 Analyze sales data and recommend changes or areas of improvement for business decisions Managing assigned
2 Contributing to the development of core business strategies which drive sustainable sales and profitable growth
3 Developing an annual business plan for assigned customers to ensure that the plan is achievable
4 Review Regularly conduct monthly, quarterly business yearly business with customer
5 Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with customers to gain strong collaboration in mutually driving
6 Visit assigned account & main store weekly, monthly routing plan to fill up and check inventory stock
7 Managing operations import process, facilitating smooth service operations, and ensuring import
products and distribution are delivered to sellers in a timely manner
8 Develop sales profit through improving shelving and display, implementing promotions and
new product launching
9 Generating sales forecast/analysis and market insights reports on product trend development and
competitors' activities
10 Coordinate both internally and externally to monitor stock and inventory at the safety level
11 Prepare and monitor monthly and annual budgets.
12 Present monthly reports and vital information to the management.
13 Coordinate and communicate with existing and new customers for daily work and helping
14 Control Fixed Asset (Freezers)
15 Marketing Material : POSM, Facebook, Coordinate with designer and marketing
16 Performing other duties as assigned by Line Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or Higher in Business Administration or Marketing
- Experience 3 - 5 years in Sales Modern Trade
- Strong leadership, decision making, analytical skill is a must
- Understanding and be able to analyze data, market situation
- Good command in English Computer literacy
