Job Descriptions
1. ติดต่อผสานงานกับฝ่ายโอเปเรชั่น เพื่อรับรายละเอียดการวิ่งงานของแต่ละคัน 2. ดูแล ตรวจสอบเส้นทางการวิ่งงานของพนักงานขับรถบริษัทฯ และกำหนดน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงของแต่ละคัน 3. ดูแลรับผิดชอบการจ่ายน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงให้กับพนักงานขับรถ ตามอัตราส่วนระยะทางต่อจำนวนที่ใช้ 4. ติดต่อประสานงานกับพนักงานขับรถ เพื่อแจ้งยอดเติมน้ำมันที่จะต้องเข้าเติมในแต่ละสถานีบริการ 5. ประสานงานกับสถานีบริการน้ำมันที่กำหนดไว้ เพื่อให้รถขนส่งของ บริษัทฯได้เข้าไปเติมน้ำมันตามจำนวนที่กำหนด 6. ตรวจสอบจำนวนน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงที่รถขนส่งแต่ละคันที่เติมกับระบบ เชลล์ / PTT ออนไลน์ 7. ติดตามและรายงานตำแหน่ง ของรถแต่ละคันที่วิ่งงานในแต่ละวัน จากระบบจีพีเอสทุกๆ 2 ชั่วโมง 8. ประสานงานกับผู้ให้บริการ จีพีเอส เมื่อเกิดปัญหาขัดข้องของระบบ จีพีเอส 9. จัดทำสรุปรายงานการใช้น้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงของรถขนส่งประจำเดือน 10. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายตามคำสั่งของผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย
  2. อายุ 24 - 40 ปี
  3. สามารถทำงานทำงานเป็นกะได้
  4. จบการศึกษาระดับวุฒิ ปวช. - ปริญญาตรี หรือมีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  5. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ Excel , Word , ฯลฯ ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  6. มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงานได้ดี
  7. มีความอดทน ขยัน และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
  8. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ Excel , Word , ส่ง / ตอบกลับ E-Mail ฯลฯ ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  9. มีความซื่อสัตย์ต่อองค์กร
