Job Descriptions
- Manage and maintain BOI privileges, including investment promotion certificates, machinery import/export approvals, and tax exemption reports. - Coordinate and submit BOI-related applications, including project amendments, extension requests, and Form Por. Ngor. Dor. 01. - Liaise with BOI officers and other relevant government agencies (e.g. Customs, Revenue Department) on company matters. Ensure accurate and timely submission of BOI reports (monthly, quarterly, annually). - Monitor and track BOI project timelines, deadlines, and usage of privileges. - Work with internal departments such as procurement, logistics, production, and finance to align operations with BOI regulations. - Prepare documentation for audits and inspections related to BOI projects. - Stay updated on BOI regulations, policy changes, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Law, Economics, or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in BOI compliance, import/export, or government relations.
  3. Solid understanding of BOI regulations, investment promotion procedures, and Thai government protocols.
  4. Strong communication skills in Thai and English or Chinese (both written and spoken).
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  6. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  7. Experience working in a manufacturing or export-oriented company is a plus.
