Job Descriptions
HR Compensation & benefits (Main Focus - Payroll) * Develop and Implement Compensation and Benefits Policies - Design and manage the company’s compensation structure including salary, incentive plans, and performance-based rewards. - Ensure alignment with organizational goals and market competitiveness. * Manage Employee Benefits Programs - Oversee employee benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, annual health check-ups, and other welfare programs. - Review and evaluate benefit plans to ensure cost-effectiveness and employee satisfaction. * Supervise Payroll Process - Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing including tax deductions, social security contributions, and other statutory requirements. - Collaborate with accounting and relevant departments to manage payroll disbursement. * Monitor Time Attendance and Leave Management - Manage systems related to time tracking, attendance, and leave records. - Analyze attendance data to support HR planning and performance evaluation. * Ensure Legal Compliance - Stay updated with Thai labor laws, tax regulations, and social security policies. - Coordinate with external agencies such as the Revenue Department, Social Security Office, and others as necessary. * Reporting and Analysis - Prepare compensation and workforce cost reports for management. - Provide data analysis to support budgeting, planning, and strategic decision-making. * Support HR Projects and Initiatives - Collaborate with other HR functions on various initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational performance. - Handle other duties as assigned by top management.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Experience (e.g., 3-5+ years) in HR compensation and benefits, with a significant portion dedicated to payroll processing.
  3. Demonstrable experience in designing and managing compensation structures, including salary scales, incentive plans, and performance-based rewards.
  4. In-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws, tax regulations, and social security policies is essential.
  5. Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems (mention specific systems if preferred, e.g., HUMANSOFT, Bplus, Workday, etc.).
