Job Descriptions
-ตรวจสอบและซ่อมแซมระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา แอร์ สุขาภิบาล และงานระบบต่างๆ ภายในอาคาร
-ปฏิบัติงานบำรุงรักษาตามแผน Preventive Maintenance (PM)
-ตรวจตราความเรียบร้อยของพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง และแจ้งซ่อมงานที่อยู่นอกขอบเขต
-ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมา หรือทีมงานอื่นในกรณีมีงานซ่อมแซมเพิ่มเติม
-จัดทำรายงานการตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาประจำวัน
-เข้าร่วมทีมงานกรณีเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉิน เช่น น้ำรั่ว ไฟดับ ระบบลิฟต์ขัดข้อง
Qualifications
- วุฒิ ปวช.ขึ้นไป สาขาช่างไฟฟ้า ช่างกล ช่างยนต์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
- หากมีใบอนุญาตช่างไฟฟ้าจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
