Job Descriptions
วางแผนกลยุทธ์หาพาร์ทเนอร์ (ร้านค้า) เพื่อสร้างรายได้ให้ศูนย์การค้า
ดูแลการทำสัญญาเช่าพื้นที่ ออกใบแจ้งงาน และติดตามค่าเช่า
ตรวจสอบและควบคุมการจัดงานให้ได้มาตรฐาน
คำนวณและควบคุมรายได้ให้ได้ตามเป้า
จัดทำ Report เพื่อวิเคราะห์และพัฒนาแนวทางการจัดงานในอนาคต
Qualifications
- ป.ตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการตลาด การบริหาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 2-4 ปี ด้านการตลาด/เช่าพื้นที่/จัดกิจกรรม
- มีคอนเนกชันกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ เอกชน หรือ local organizer
- มีความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ อินเทอร์เน็ต และทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง
- บุคลิกดี กระตือรือร้น ทนแรงกดดันได้ดี
