Job Descriptions
1、Responsible for the interior decoration project from design to fitting out work ,furniture production ，contract award , payment collect and after sales-service including but not liminted to office ,factory ,hotel ,retails stores . 2、Keep daily communication and good relationship with the client in terms of the design ,drawing ,material ,cost ,time and after-sales serived and assure the project carried out on time on budget and get the client satisfied with proper report or professional feedback . 2、Good communication with the team or vendors for the production ,outsourced items to assrue the on-time arrival . 3、Good knowhow about the fitting-out work or furnitures and able to figure out the client's request quickly and get the project well orgnized based on proper techinical details. 4、Good communication skill with the landord 5、Keep good record about the contract ,payment , inspection ,test of project .
Qualifications
  1. 5 Year or above expereience of Interior Decoration (office ,factory , office or Retails stores ) as PM
  2. bachelor's degree or above is a must , high schools will not be considerred
  3. Good skill of office software use (excel ,word ,PPT etc)
  4. Result oriented and good know how of communication in terms of price ,drawing ,material ,contract after-sales service etc with the client or landlord
  5. Good Chinese or English speak (not only daily use but also working communication)
  6. Team work oriented
  7. Good team manage management skills
  8. Local Thailand People is a plus
  9. Able to travel in Thailand
  10. 2-3 years or above team management experience
