Job Descriptions
1、Reinforce the local thailand team based on the company's request and provide the support to the BD team. 2、Set up and perfect the HR procedures in term of recruitment ，training ,Salary and bonus mangement etc) 3、Keep daily report to GM about the human resources . 4、Reponsible for the urgent and important human resource works the company assigen .
Qualifications
  1. 5 Year or above expereience of HR Manager
  2. bachelor's degree or above is a must , high schools will not be considerred
  3. Good skill of office software use (excel ,word ,PPT etc)
  4. Result oriented
  5. Good Chinese or English speak (not only daily use but also working communication)
  6. Team work oriented
  7. Good team manage management skills
  8. Local Thailand People is a plus
  9. 2-3 years or above team management experience
