Job Descriptions
1.Handle and manage overall HR operations include GA, HRM, HRD fields
2.Plan and Handle HR & GA Yearly Activities
3.Prepare monthly payroll and ensure accurate compensation and benefits administration.
4.Support Management and prepare report when necessary
Qualifications
- Male or Female 30-year-old up.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in GA, HRM, HRD, or other related.
- Strong experience in HR Operations and Payroll functions (PAYDAY Program).
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR.
- Good command of English, Skills in Excel.
- Strong knowledge of IATF & ISO System.
