Job Descriptions1. Coordinate with all concerned to get the cost to provide quotation to customers.
2. Coordinate with related party(ies) to support customer requirements, including solve problem, implementation, and all logistics services responsibilities as one stop service.
3. Find the cost of various services from suppliers and compare prices to obtain the best possible rate.
4. Evaluate the performance of different suppliers to identify the best one for the customer.
5. Follow up with customers and oversea inquiry(ies), i.e., shipment status, related documents, billing, claim, and other requirements (if any)
6. Monitor daily e-mails and business requirements from internal and external parties.
7. Monitor cargo movement and give advice to Operation Team for smooth cargo handling.
8. Maintain and develop business relationship with new/existing customers.
9. Other responsibilities as per Company/Manager’s Assignment.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or any related field.
- Good command in English
- At least 1 year as Sales Coordinator/Customer Service in freight forwarder/Logistics fields.
- Knowledge in Incoterms and Logistics (Air/Ocean cargo and import/export, etc.)
- Positive attitude, good personality, cooperativeness and hardworking.
- Can make communication and good relationship with customer.
- Chinese speaking will be special consider
