1.ทำเงินเดือน 2.สรุป OT พนักงาน 3.ตรวจเช็คการขาด ลา มาสาย ของพนักงาน 4.ทำ ภงด.1 + ภงด.1 ก 5.นำส่งเงินสมทบ แจ้งเข้า-ออกประกันสังคม 6.สมัครประกันอุบัติเหตุ AIA + กรุงเทพประกันภัย ของพนักงานทั้งหมด 7.ดูแลการประเมินปรับรอบเงินเดือนพนักงานแต่ล่ะคน 8.เตรียมเอกสารเพื่อต่อ visa+workpermit ของพนักงานต่างชาติ 9.ดูแล Stock เสื้อยูนิฟอร์ม 10.สรรหาบุคลากร ผ่านทาง Jobthai+แอปพลิเคชันอื่นๆ 11.ยื่น ภงด.90/91 (internet) 12.ตรวจสอบการยื่น คร.11 13.ยื่น กท.20 ก 14.ติดต่องานราชการต่างๆ 15.ดูแลกฎระเบียบการทำงานของบริษัท 16.อัพเดทกฎหมายแรงงานให้ผู้บริหารทราบ
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุ 27 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานมากกว่า 1 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้ดี
  5. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง มีทัศนคติที่ดี มีวินัยและกระตือรือร้นที่จะพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง
  6. สามารถทำงาน จันทร์-เสาร์ เสาร์เว้นเสาร์ ได้ (กรณีผ่านทดลองงานแล้ว)
  7. สามารถทนต่อแรงกดกันได้สูง
  8. เคยใช้โปรแกรมB-PLUS มาจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  9. เริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
