Job Descriptions
1. ควบคุมงานก่อสร้างตามแผนงานและแบบก่อสร้างที่กำหนด 2. ตรวจสอบและติดตามความก้าวหน้างานก่อสร้าง ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและระยะเวลาที่กำหนด 3. ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมาย่อย, คนงาน, และทีมวิศวกร/สถาปนิกที่เกี่ยวข้อง 4. รายงานปัญหาและความคืบหน้างานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาอย่างสม่ำเสมอ 5. จัดทำเอกสารรายงานต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหน้างาน เช่น รายงานความคืบหน้า, รายงานปัญหา, ใบเบิกวัสดุ ฯลฯ 6. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในงานออกแบบโครงสร้าง 7. งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 25-45 ปี
  2. ปริญญาตรี คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา หรือการจัดการงานก่อสร้าง หรือคณะสถาปัตยกรรม
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในงานควบคุมงานก่อสร้างอย่างน้อย 1 ปี (ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ตรงกับงานบ้าน, อาคารสำนักงาน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  4. สามารถอ่านแบบก่อสร้างและเข้าใจแบบก่อสร้างได้ดี
  5. มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  6. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง, ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
  7. มีทักษะในการประสานงานและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
  8. หากขับรถยนต์ได้และมีใบขับขี่ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  9. ขยัน อดทน มีทัศนคติดีและรักงานภาคสนาม
  10. สามารถเดินทางไปต่างจังหวัดได้ (หากจำเป็น)
