Job Descriptions

-Develop and enhance the recruitment management system, including processes, guidelines, and related tools. -Build and maintain effective online and offline recruitment channels to meet current and future hiring needs. -Strengthen the recruitment team’s capabilities (both full-time and part-time) to support hiring across all talent levels nationwide or regionally. -Lead recruitment for both blue- and white-collar positions, continuously improving strategies to ensure timely and effective hiring. -Oversee annual recruitment operations, including budgeting, planning, execution, performance evaluation, and team development. -Drive the implementation of recruitment technology platforms, integrating digital and AI tools as guided by the Group. -Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

ฺMinimum 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
Proficient in English for daily work communication.
Proficient in Chinese (HSK Level 4–5) , HSK certification is an advantage.
Self-aware and open to feedback, with a continuous improvement mindset.
Positive attitude, active listener, and respectful of diversity and individual strengths.
Experience in Manufacturing business will be a plus.
