Job Descriptions
Compliance, and organizational history •Head the recruitment process with a special emphasis on hiring skilled generator and engine Technicians. This includes developing job descriptions, screening candidates, and conducting interviews. •Job Fairs and Networking: Actively participate in job fairs and networking events to attract top talent. •Manage the termination process in a manner that complies with legal requirements. •Responsible for foreign workers. •Training and developing the capability of the employee •Others duties as assigned. Responsibilities •Handle of Human resource management which includes HRD&HRM Compensation & Benefit, Welfare, Recruitment & selection, Performance management, Employee Relation •Making Policy of company and all Department such as Making budget & Expenses, Save cost, Reduce Over time, Reduce Turnover, KPI Plan and follow up, Safety on Job, Happy on working place •Develop and implement HR Policies and initiate HR Strategy according to company’s direction •Ensures compliance with all laws and internal rules. •Oversee manpower planning according to business strategic direction •Provide advice and guidance to management team for any related HR issue •Provide advice and participate in resolving Labor dispute situations and investigation •Manage & improve efficiency of HR team members for providing employee satisfaction •Planning and manage operating budgets for the Human Resources department •Works closely with Executive Management team to formulate and implement people strategy to support business direction, delivering the highest quality service and providing direction to all human resource-related activities, including organization development, compensation & benefit, performance management, employer branding and engagement. •Create HR strategies and lead the HR plan, overseeing talent acquisition, business partnership and support, career development, succession planning, training and leadership development, and compensation and benefits •Work with the leadership team on long term strategic changes and the effective development and implementation of the company's HR plans •Lead change in the organization and continue to build the capability of people to help deliver the business plan •Lead HR team to develop functional HR expertise and provide professional support to the business •Help to build up company culture and values in a highly dynamic environment The benefits 1 bonus 2 annual salary increment 3 Medical Check up 4 Group insurance 5 company bus service 6 food allowance 7 new year party & domestic staff outing 8 service reward 9 Five-day work week
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor/or Master level in Human Resources, Administration or related fields
  2. Minimum 10+ years of experience in human resources field and handling all
  3. functions; payroll, compensation & benefits, recruitment and labor issue/management
  4. Have knowledge and understanding in Human Resources Management and General Tasks.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication skills
  6. Conflict management and resolution skills.
  7. Age 45 years up
  8. Experienced in using TigerSoft payroll system and familiar with other payroll and HR management tools
