Location: Talaythong Tower Position Summary: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor aligning HR practices with business goals. The role partners with leadership to drive initiatives in talent development, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness, while ensuring compliance and fostering an inclusive workplace. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives - Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning - Manage employee relations and promote a positive work environment - Oversee performance management systems and promote continuous feedback - Support organizational development and change management initiatives - Collaborate on compensation and benefits programs - Drive learning, leadership development, and career growth - Use HR data to inform decisions and identify workforce trends - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies - Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts - Utilize HR technology to improve efficiency and service delivery - Act as a trusted partner and advisor to business leaders
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  2. At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
  3. Proven track record of partnering with business leaders in a dynamic and matrixed organization.
  4. Strong understanding of HR principles, labor law, and HR best practices.
  5. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
  6. Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
  7. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
  8. High level of integrity and professionalism.
  9. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  10. Experience with data-driven decision-making and HR analytics.
  11. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment. Location Sriracha, Chonburi Department HR Business Partnering Employment Type Full-Time Minimum Experience Experienced
