Job Descriptions
User Experience (UX) - ศึกษาผู้ใช้งาน (User Research) ทำความเข้าใจพฤติกรรม ความต้องการ และปัญหาของผู้ใช้ โดยอาจใช้เครื่องมือ เช่น Survey, Interview, Persona, User Journey Map เข้าช่วย - วางโครงสร้างการใช้งาน (Information Architecture), วาง flow การใช้งาน และจัดระเบียบข้อมูลให้ง่ายต่อการเข้าถึง - สร้าง Wireframe และ Prototype - ทดสอบการใช้งาน (Usability Testing), เก็บ feedback และนำมาปรับปรุงประสบการณ์ผู้ใช้ให้ดีขึ้น User Interface (UI) - ออกแบบหน้าตา (Visual Design) จัดวางองค์ประกอบในแต่ละหน้าจอให้สวยงามและใช้งานง่าย ด้วยการเลือกสี ตัวอักษร ไอคอน ภาพ และองค์ประกอบกราฟิก - ออกแบบตามระบบ Design System, สร้างหรือใช้ Component ต่าง ๆ ให้สอดคล้องกันทั้งระบบ - ทำงานร่วมกับ Developer เช่น ส่งมอบแบบ UI พร้อม Assets ให้ทีมพัฒนา และตรวจสอบ UI ถูกพัฒนาออกมาว่าตรงตามที่ออกแบบ
Qualifications
  1. มีประสบการณ์ UXUI Designer ตั้งแต่ 2 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. เชี่ยวชาญในการออกแบบ User Experience (UX) และ User Interface (UI)
  3. มีความเข้าใจในการออกแบบ Responsive Design ใน Devices ต่างๆ
  4. มีประสบการณ์ในการสร้าง Wireframe, Sitemap, User Flow, Mockup และ Prototype
  5. สามารถใช้งาน Figma ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  6. หากมีประสบการณ์ในสายงาน Agency จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. หากมีประสบการณ์ Webflow จะพิจารณาเปนพิเศษ
  8. เรียนรู้และพัฒนาตัวเอง ติดตามเทรนด์ เทคนิคต่างๆ ในการทำงาน
  9. สามารถสื่อสารและทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้เป็นอย่างดี
