Job Descriptions
- รับและจ่ายเงินและเช็คตามที่ได้รับการจัดสรรเพื่อให้การปฏิบัติการทางเงินบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ - เลือกใช้เงินจากธนาคารที่มีต้นทุนของเงินต่ำที่สุด และบริหารเงินสดคงเหลือให้ได้รับผลตอบแทนสูงสุด - ปฏิบัติการชำระหนี้โดยใช้ระบบ cash management - ติดตามเอกสารเพื่อประกอบการจ่ายเงิน จัดทำข้อมูลเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชาเพื่อตรวจสอบและเสนอกรรมการอนุมัติผ่านระบบ - รักษาเงินสดย่อยและเบิกชดเชยเงินสดย่อย - รับวางบิลและดูแลการชำระหนี้ให้ตรงตามกำหนด - ประสานงานธนาคาร รวมถึงดำเนินงานที่เกี่ยวกับบัญชีธนาคาร - Bank Reconcile - จัดทำรายงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องทางด้านการเงิน - ทำหน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย * ทำงาน จ-ศ หยุด ส-อ และนักขัตฤกษ์ 09.30-17.30 น. *
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ
  2. วุฒิ ปวส ปริญญาตรี สาขา บัญชี, การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยตรง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Finance Operation อย่างน้อย 6 เดือน
  4. ใช้งาน Excel ได้ดี (สูตรต่างๆ เช่น Pivot, Vlookup, CountIF, ฯลฯ)
  5. มีทักษะในการประสานงาน เจรจา กับส่วนงานภายใน/ส่วนงานภายนอก ได้ดี
  6. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันที่สูงมากได้ดี
  7. บริหารจัดการเวลาและทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
  8. สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
