Job Descriptions
- ดูแลงานด้านบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ทั้งหมด
- กระทบยอดบัญชีและจัดทำรายงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับด้าน AP ตามที่ได้รับมอบ หมายเช่น AP Report, กระดาษทำการสินทรัพย์-หนี้สิน, รายงานสินทรัพย์ถาวร (PPE)
- สนับสนุนข้อมูล และเอกสารสำหรับการจัดทำงบการเงิน และตรวจสอบของผู้สอบบัญชี
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารการชำระเงินจากลูกหนี้แต่ละราย
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและครบถ้วนของค่าใช้จ่ายประจำเดือน
- จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อและกระทบยอดบัญชีภาษีซื้อ
- จัดทำรายงานภาษีรายเดือน ได้แก่ ภงด. 3, 53, 54 ภพ. 30, 3
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทำงานจันทร์ - เสาร์ (เวลา 09.00 - 18.00 น.)
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- อายุ 24 - 32 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้าน AP อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และรับแรงกดดันได้ดี
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี ชอบทำงานเป็นทีม
- มีทักษะการใช้ Mircrosoft Office ได้ดี และสามารถใช้ Pivot, Vlookup ได้
