เจ้าหน้าที่ช่างอาคาร ประจำ KINGSQUARE Community Mall - จัดทำแผนบำรุงรักษา ระบบ กล้องวงจรปิด, ระบบไฟฟ้า, ระบบปรับอากาศ, ระบบเครื่องกล, ระบบสูบน้ำ, ระบบป้องกันอัคคีภัย และ ระบบสุขาภิบาล - อำนวยความสะดวกแก่ลูกค้า และ ผู้เช่าในการตรวจสอบแบบงานระบบของพื้นที่เช่า ให้เป็นไปตามคู่มือ Fit- Out และมาตรฐานวิศวกรรมของคอมมูนิตี้มอลล์ - ดำเนินการทดสอบและตรวจสอบระบบ ทั้งด้วยตัวเอง และระบบอัติโนมัติในระบบเครื่องกำเนินไฟฟ้า, ระบบก๊าซ, ระบบสูบน้ำ, และระบบไฟฟ้าย่อย - ตรวจสอบ, ซ่อมแซม, แก้ไขปัญหา และบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์เครื่องกล - ทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของอุปกรณ์ตามรูปแบบและขั้นตอนมาตรฐานที่กำหนด - บันทึกการใช้ไฟฟ้าและน้ำประปา - งานบำรุงรักษาตามความจำเป็นของคอมมูนิตี้มอล - ประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่อาคารอื่นๆ เช่น เจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย และแม่บ้าน
Qualifications
  1. จบปริญญาตรี สาขา วิศวกรรม เครื่องกล อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านบำรุงรักษาและสัญญาต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ระบบกล้องวงจรปิด, ระบบไฟฟ้า, ระบบปรับอากาศ, ระบบเครื่องกล, ระบบสูบน้ำ, ระบบป้องกันอัคคีภัย และระบบสุขาภิบาล ประมาณ 3-5 ปี
  3. มีความรู้ด้านวิศวกรรม สำหรับอาคารพาณิชย์ เช่น ศูนย์การค้า อาคารรีเทล หรือคอมมูนิตี้มอลล์
  4. ชำนาญในการติดตั้ง ตั้งค่า และแก้ไขปัญญาระบบวิศวกรรมและโปรโตคอลความปลอดภัย
  5. สามารถอ่านแบบวิศวกรรมได้
  6. มีความรู้ด้านการจัดทำแผนบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน
