หน้าที่หลัก (งานจัดซื้อ 85%) เจรจาต่อรองราคา กับซัพพลายเออร์ให้ได้ราคาดีที่สุด คัดเลือกวัตถุดิบคุณภาพสูง ในราคาเหมาะสม วิเคราะห์ตลาด และหาซัพพลายเออร์ใหม่ๆ ควบคุมสต็อก ไม่ให้ขาดแคลนหรือล้นเกิน จัดการเศษวัสดุ ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด หน้าที่รอง (งานธุรการ HR 15%) บันทึกเวลาทำงาน ของพนักงาน จัดทำเงินเดือน และเอกสารประกันสังคม จัดเก็บเอกสาร พนักงานให้เป็นระบบ
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 25 - 35 ปี
  2. ประสบการณ์จัดซื้อ อย่างน้อย 2 ปี (ในโรงงานผลิตเฟอร์นิเจอร์/ก่อสร้าง/วัสดุ จะเป็นพิเศษ)
  3. บุคลิกฉะฉาน กล้าพูด กล้าเจรจา/ ตัดสินใจไว ไม่ลังเล/ ใส่ใจรายละเอียด มีไหวพริบ
  4. Excel ระดับกลาง (สูตรพื้นฐาน, Pivot Table)
  5. ทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง และการสื่อสาร
  6. ประสบการณ์ ERP หรือระบบจัดการสต็อก (จะเป็นพิเศษ)
  7. คุณสมบัติพิเศษ (Nice to Have) - เข้าใจวัตถุดิบเฟอร์นิเจอร์/ก่อสร้าง/ไม้/โลหะ
  8. คุณสมบัติพิเศษ (Nice to Have) - มีเครือข่ายซัพพลายเออร์
  9. คุณสมบัติพิเศษ (Nice to Have) - ขับรถได้ (สำหรับไปหาซัพพลายเออร์)
