Job Descriptions
1. Coordinate with Chinese partners for visa application from Thai Embassy / Consulate.
2. Apply Work Permits and Visas using BOI swe-expert platform. (Single Cancel Visa &Work permit if Expatriate employees resigned or Terminated contract.
3. Management of Visa & Work permit / TM30 database to ensure correct and update information.
4. Monitor the 90 days report.
5. Any other task assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงาน Visa หรืองานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2 ขึ้นไป
- มีความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหา คิดวิเคราะห์อย่างเป็นระบบ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้ เช่น Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีน หรือภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
