Key Responsibilities Project Leadership - Own end-to-end livestream commerce projects from kickoff to reporting - Translate client goals into actionable execution plans - Ensure timely and high-quality output across livestreams, videos, and ads - Lead post-campaign reviews and performance optimizations Cross-Team Coordination - Align livestream team (hosts, room management), short video team (script, shoot, edit), and ads team under one strategic plan - Drive communication, task clarity, and accountability across departments - Escalate and resolve execution bottlenecks proactively Client & Result Management - Act as the lead point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment and satisfaction - Deliver campaign progress, insights, and improvement proposals - Monitor key metrics (viewership, conversion, ROI) and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

2+ years experience in e-commerce, project management, or TikTok operations
Strong understanding of TikTok livestream & short video commerce model
Excellent communication, coordination, and ownership mindset
Strong data literacy; able to interpret performance data and lead actionable adjustments
Fluent in English; Chinese is a plus
Able to manage multiple projects under pressure and tight timelines
