Job Descriptions

Key Responsibilities - Monitor campaigns hourly and take immediate action to stop loss or scale winners - Evaluate materials proactively: decide whether current creatives can meet performance goals - Collaborate with the video and livestream teams to push for new or improved creatives when material ROI starts to decay - Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on strategy, but own ad delivery and cost-effectiveness results - Flag unrealistic client instructions (e.g., removing ROAS cap) and ensure every decision supports healthy ROAS

Qualifications

Diploma or higher, no specific major required
At least 1 year of experience running TikTok Ads (Business Center)
Strong understanding of ROAS vs profit vs margin vs platform deductions
Proactive mindset with strong sense of ownership and risk awareness
Excellent data interpretation skills: know when to stop, scale, or switch
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus)
