หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Function Key Responsibilities)
1. Implement Operation activities according to process control procedure and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) System since source
ปฎิบัติงานในฝ่ายผลิตให้เป็นไปตามขั้นตอนการผลิต และ ระบบการจัดการการควบคุมจุดวิกฤตที่ต้องควบคุมตั้งแต่ต้นทาง
2. Maintain all operation record
บันทึกข้อมูลลงในเอกสารต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานผลิต
3. Implement TPM-piller#1 Autonomous maintenance pillar in operate
ประยุกต์ใช้ หลักการบำรุงรักษาโดยองค์รวม ในเสาที่ 1 ส่วนการบำรุงรักษาด้วยตนเอง ในหน่วยงานผลิต
4. Implement 5S in operation
ประยุกต์ใช้ หลักการ 5ส ในหน่วยงาน
5. Support root cause investigation and corrective and preventive action implementation with Operation manager.
ร่วมกับหัวหน้างานวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุของปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น และหาแนวทางซ่อมการป้องกันที่เหมาะสม
6. Implement risk assessment in operation and strictly implement safety control measure to ensure that you and team are safe.
จัดทำการประเมินความเสี่ยงในการทำงาน และ ปฏิบัติตามมาตรการทางด้านความปลอดภัยอย่างเคร่งครัด เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าตนเองและเพื่อนปลอดภัยจากการทำงาน
ความสามารถ (Skill&Competency)
1. Safety & 5S knowledge ความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยและ 5ส
2. Crane operation การใช้งานเครน
3. Forklift driving การขับรถโฟล์คลิฟท์
4. Chemicals knowledge ความรู้เรื่องสารเคมี
5. Quality awareness การตระหนักรู้ในคุณภาพ
6. ISO 9001; 2015 ระบบคุณภาพ
Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical or Electronic or Mechanical or Industrial technology อนุปริญญาทางด้านไฟฟ้าหรืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์หรือเครื่องกลหรือเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม
- Min 1 years of operation experience with extrusion machine. ประสบการณ์การทำงานขั้นต่ำ 1 ปี กับเครื่อง extrusion
