Job Descriptions
- วางแผนและประสานงานกับทีม Content / Livestream / Graphic / Marketing
- ตรวจสอบและสรุปรายงานผลงานประจำวัน สัปดาห์ และเดือน
- คำนวณค่าคอมมิชชั่น และจัดทำรายงาน KPI ประจำเดือน
- วิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์และเสนอแนะแนวทางปรับปรุงคอนเทนต์และแผนงาน
- จัดทำรายงานการขาย รายงาน Engagement และ Follower Growth
- อัปเดต Facebook Page และตอบคอมเมนต์เบื้องต้น
- คัด Highlight จาก Live (ขายดี รีวิว วิธีใช้)
- ประสานงานไลฟ์กับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- อัปโหลดวิดีโอลงแพลตฟอร์มต่าง ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- สื่อสารกับลูกค้าและส่งต่อเคสให้ทีม Customer Service (CS) หากจำเป็น
- สรุปรายงานยอดวิวและยอดขายต่อคลิป ส่งให้ทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Content / Livestream / Marketing (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- เข้าใจการใช้งานแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ เช่น Facebook, TikTok, Shopee
- มีทักษะการประสานงานและจัดการงานหลายทีม
- ชอบวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ทำรายงาน และพัฒนางานจากผลลัพธ์
- ใช้งาน Google Sheet, Docs, PowerPoint ได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบ และตรงต่อเวลา
