Job Descriptions
•วางแผน สร้างสรรค์ และผลิตเนื้อหาสำหรับโซเชียลมีเดียต่าง ๆ (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Website เป็นต้น) เพื่อส่งเสริมการตลาดและภาพลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ •ทำงานร่วมกับทีมการตลาดและดีไซน์ในการออกแคมเปญและกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายในช่องทางโซเชียลมีเดีย •วิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์ของคอนเทนต์ (Reach, Engagement, Conversion) และเสนอแนวทางการปรับปรุงเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ •ติดตามเทรนด์ใหม่ ๆ บนโซเชียลมีเดีย และนำมาประยุกต์ใช้กับงาน •บริหารจัดการตารางการโพสต์เนื้อหา (Content Calendar) อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด นิเทศศาสตร์ สื่อสารมวลชน วารสารศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในการสร้าง content creation, copywriting หรือ content marketing หรือดูแลโซเชียลมีเดีย
  4. มีความสามารถในการเขียนและเล่าเรื่อง (Storytelling) ได้อย่างน่าสนใจ
  5. เข้าใจหลักการตลาดดิจิทัลและพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคบนโซเชียลมีเดีย และสามารถปรับเนื้อหาให้เหมาะสมกับแต่ละช่องทาง
  6. มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ชอบทดลองสิ่งใหม่ ๆ และกล้านำเสนอไอเดียและมีความกระตือรือร้นที่จะเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ
  7. หากมีความสามารถในการถ่ายทำ ตัดต่อ หรือใช้โปรแกรม CapCut, Canva, Photoshop หรือโปรแกรมอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  8. มีทักษะในการเขียนภาษาไทยที่ดี และมีพื้นฐานภาษาอังกฤษ (หากสามารถ bilingual ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  9. มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี ทำงานร่วมกับแผนกอื่นๆ ได้
