Job Descriptions
Account Payable Staff (10247) Location : BTS Bangna (walk 8 minutes distance) Work Hours : Mon-Fri (8:30AM-5:30PM) (Saturday working 4 times/year) Industry : Precision tool services for the manufacturing industry Job Descriptions - Receive and check supplier invoices, receipts, tax invoices, and payment documents - Record payment data into the accounting system accurately - Prepare reports such as outstanding payable report, VAT purchase report, withholding tax report (PND.3, PND.53) - Reconcile AP accounts with General Ledger to ensure correctness - Communicate with suppliers to solve payment issues and clarify documents - Other accounting and finance tasks as assigned by the supervisor Benefits & Allowance - Social Security - Accident and Health Group Insurance - Bonus - Dental Subsidy - Provident Fund - Annual Physical Health Check - Company Activities - Diligent Allowance - Sales Allowance - Uniform
Qualifications
  1. [MUST]
  2. Female, Age 23-28 years old
  3. Bachelor Degree (Accounting)
  4. Basic English for reporting and interview with Japanese MD
  5. Minimum 1 year in Account Payable (AP)
  6. Able to use accounting software
  7. [BETTER]
  8. Experience working with Japanese companies
  9. Good communication and coordination skills
