Job Descriptions
1. Training Plan Design: Develop and design training plans that meet organizational needs, ensuring alignment with company strategic objectives and employee roles. 2. Training Needs Analysis: Assess employees' skill levels and training needs to develop appropriate training programs based on these requirements. Training Resource Management: Manage training resources, including training materials, facilities, and trainers, to ensure their effective utilization. 3. Training Content Development: Design and develop training course content based on training needs, which may involve writing training manuals, creating training videos, etc. 4. Training Course Implementation: Organize and conduct training courses, ensuring smooth delivery and providing employees with high-quality training experiences. 5. Training Evaluation and Feedback: Evaluate training effectiveness, gather employee feedback, and continuously improve training plans and content based on evaluation results. 6. Employee Development Planning: Collaborate with employees to develop individual development plans, provide development advice and support, and promote their career growth.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain or any related.
  2. Must be strong in Microsoft Projects and Office (Excel, BI, Word, Outlook and Power Point).
  3. Working experience in the electronic industry more than 4 year Interpersonal understanding with strong managerial and analysis skills
  4. High responsibility for job accomplishment.
  5. Able to work under pressure.
  6. Ability to assume responsibility and initiative without direct supervision
  7. Positive thinking and a good personality.
