Job Descriptions
Interpreter Work: •Translate various documents according to the instructions of the management and requests from employees. •Act as a communication intermediary between Japanese executives and employees. General Administration Tasks: •Coordinate with companies regarding Visa and Work Permit processes. •Prepare requests for document approvals related to various needs as requested by the Japanese management. •Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Male/Female, aged 22-40 years old.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language or related fields.
  3. Proficient in Japanese language (JLPT will be advantage)
  4. At least 1-3 years of experience in interpretation or document translation.
  5. Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork skills, and problem-solving ability.
  6. Experience in manufacturing or Japanese companies is an advantage.
  7. Experience in Document control in accordance with IATF, ISO standards will be advantage.
