Job Descriptions
1. สรรหาและคัดเลือกพนักงาน 2. คำนวณเงินเดือนและจัดทำสลิปเงินเดือนให้พนักงาน 3. ปรับปรุงกฎระเบียบบริษัท ให้สอดคล้องตามกฎหมายแรงงาน 4. รับผิดชอบเอกสารชาวต่างชาติ Visa & Work permit (IEAT) รายงาน 90 วัน ของต่างชาติ 5. ติดต่อประงาน ด้านเอกสารต่างๆ ให้กับพนักงาน 6. ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการ ได้แก่ ประกันสังคม กรมสรรพากร และอื่นๆ 7. จัดทำเอกสารทาง HR ต่าง ๆ เช่น ใบเตือน, ใบผ่านทดลองงาน, ใบรับรองการทำงาน 8. ร่างและจัดทำสัญญาจ้างงาน 9. ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 27 – 35 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. - ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านฝ่ายบุคคลอย่างน้อย 2 ปี ขึ้นไป
  4. มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม MS Office, Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการทำ Visa & Work permit พิจารณาเป็นพิศษ
  6. มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงานเป็นอย่างดี
  7. ทำงานภานใต้ภาวะแรงกดดันได้ดี มีความรับผิดชอบในงานที่มอบหมาย มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
  8. ขับรถยนต์ได้ มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์
  9. สะดวกในการเดินทาง (บริษัทไม่มีรถรับส่ง)
