Job Descriptions
1. Fully responsible for the company's talent recruitment related work, handling procedures for employee onboarding, offboarding, transfer, promotion, etc, 2. Develop and implement personnel job responsibilities and requirements plans, establish and improve the company's job responsibilities and requirements process and system; 3. Organize the development and improvement of personnel management system, optimize departmental workflow, and create a good working atmosphere: 4. Provide advice to senior decision-makers on human resources strategy, organizational development, and other related matters, and strive to improve the overall management level of the company; 5. Responsible for organizing the development and implementation of employee training plans, and cooperating with departments to carry out training and education work; 6. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of employee performance evaluation and compensation and benefits; Other tasks arranged by the leader.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or above, major not limited, fluent in Chinese and Thai language listening, speaking, reading, and writing (English bonus)
  2. More than 2 years of experience in personnel administration in the manufacturing industry, familiar with local laws and regulations, government regulations, operational mechanisms, and workflow processes;
  3. Serious and responsible in work, meticulous and rigorous, possessing good professional ethics;
  4. Having a driver's license and proficient driving skills.
