1. Maintain relationships with existing customers 2. Find new customers to expand the business 3. Coordinate with internal departments 4. Prepare documents related to sales and sales contracts 5. Prepare sales reports, update needs and suggestions to the team Benefits 6. Support Sales Documentation: • Prepare quotations, purchase orders (PO), invoices, and delivery notes. • Update customer and sales data in the Express system. • Verify the accuracy of documents before sending them to customers and relevant departments. 7. Coordinate with Sales Team and Customers (Internal & Customer Coordination): • Coordinate with the sales team to provide product information, pricing, and promotions. • Respond to basic inquiries from customers. 8. Manage Sales Data and Reporting: • Prepare sales reports. • Analyze sales or customer data to support the sales team’s decision-making process. 9. Support Sales Promotion Activities: • Coordinate marketing-related activities such as booking hotels, transportation, and flight tickets. • Prepare documents or giveaways used in sales events. 10. Other Assigned Tasks: • Provide after-sales support such as customer satisfaction follow-ups or handling initial complaints. • Collaborate with the purchasing, operations, and other relevant departments.
