Recruitment and Onboarding / Personnel placement/transfer/retirement management ・Develop and execute recruitment strategies, Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, interviews, offers, contracts, and onboarding. ・Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires. ・Manpower planning, Determining new personnel placement and organizational structure Performance Management ・Implement evaluation systems, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews ・Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and retain top talent ・Establishment of promotion and career path system Training and Development ・Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth ・Review Dept. job Scope, WIWS including personnel JDJS, KPI.

Qualifications

Woman/Man 28-35 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in HRM, HRD, GA, or other related
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
Experience in Automotive/Motorcycle Manufacturing business is preferred
English skill (Can communicate inhouse, Can understand business document in house）
Basic Computer Skill (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
