Job Descriptions
1. ควบคุมดูแลและประสานงานการผลิตให้เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น มีประสิทธิภาพและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
2. แก้ไขปัญหาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต เพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
3. สอนงานและให้คำแนะนำแก่พนักงานในทีม
4. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
5. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- อายุ 25-35 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์เป็นหัวหน้างาน Line Leader 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ตรงต่อเวลา
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนหรืออังกฤษได้พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
