Job Descriptions
-Provide legal advice and support to internal departments to ensure business operations comply with applicable laws and regulations. -Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents accurately and professionally. -Monitor and ensure company compliance with relevant laws, including corporate, labor, and BOI regulations. -Handle corporate registration matters such as company formation, changes in directors or shareholders, and commercial registration. -Coordinate with external parties including government agencies, law firms, and legal consultants. -Stay updated on new laws and legal developments and promptly inform relevant departments. -Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
  2. Thai lawyer’s license (Attorney-at-Law License) are Require.
  3. At least 1–3 years of hands-on experience in business law.
  4. Good understanding of business law, labor law, tax law, corporate law, intellectual property law, and other laws related to the company’s business.
  5. Have strong skills in drafting and reviewing contracts.
