Job Descriptions

-Welcome customers, members and guests to the space, provide professional information and assistance. -Maintain the overall appearance of the space to ensure it is neat, clean and ready for use. -Coordinate and provide services to members in various areas, such as booking meeting rooms, system issues or complaints. -Organize community activities such as networking events, workshops, happy hours, etc. -Build and maintain relationships with members, and listen to feedback to improve the user experience. -Support the Sales and Operations teams in presenting the space and onboarding new customers. -Use the company's CRM system or software to track service.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration
Hotel Management or related fields Experience in customer service, community engagement, co-working space or hospitality will be given special consideration
Good personality, love to serve and can work with a variety of people
Good communication skills in both Thai and English
Able to use computers and basic programs (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM Tools)
