Job Descriptions
Job Purpose The Junior Electrical Engineer will support the electrical engineering team in the design and execution of electrical systems for data centre and IT infrastructure projects. The role offers hands-on experience in power distribution, energy efficiency, and sustainable design solutions. A background in consultancy work is considered an advantage. Key Responsibilities & accountabilities •Assist in the design, planning, and implementation of electrical systems for data centres, telecom facilities, and IT infrastructure. •Perform electrical load calculations, short circuit analysis, and power distribution planning. •Support development of single-line diagrams, schematics, and layout drawings using CAD software. •Collaborate with cross-discipline teams (mechanical, structural, architectural, IT) to ensure project coordination. •Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning to meet standards and regulations. •Research and support innovative electrical engineering solutions focusing on sustainability and energy efficiency. •Prepare technical reports, documentation, and specifications. •Stay updated with relevant Thai and international electrical standards and trends.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  2. 1–3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in data centres, telecommunications, or power systems.
  3. Background in a consultancy company is an added advantage.
  4. Basic knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and renewable energy integration.
  5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
  6. Familiarity with international and Thai standards such as IEEE, IEC, and local electrical codes.
  7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Proficiency in both Thai and English – spoken and written – is required.
  10. Willingness to travel for project site visits and inspections when required.
