Job Descriptions
-Involves maintaining, repairing and inspection equipment, machinery and system to ensure proper functioning and safety relate.
-Generation and distribution of machines maintenance plan and PM plan to responsible to parties - purchasing, production control and engineering.
-Control of preventive -corrective maintenance, repairs and expenses of each of spare parts and tracking maintenance historical.
-Updating and maintaining asset task information in accounting dept.
-Coordinating PM activities with maintenance, engineering and production team.
-Analyzing downtime data to develop effective preventive maintenance plan.
-Gathering information to complete weekly, monthly report for maintenance's management.
-Completing monthly. Half year and yearly KPI's for maintenance and PM plan.
-Conduct periodic audits to verify equipment and spare part inventory, status and keeping location.
-Ensure the correct understanding through the implementation of periodic reviews about maintenance procedure on each of machines are part of Maintenace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical and Maintenance Engineering.
- At least 3 - 10 years' experience in manufacturing Electrical, Mechanical and Maintenance Engineering field.
- Strong collaboration skill with maintenance worker team, management, suppliers and machine makers.
- Excellent skills in organization management and strict on time management.
- Communicates effectively, speaking multiple languages is preferred.
- Have knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001 or Similar standard.
- Good command Computer program Microsoft word, Excel, power point, or other related programs.
