Job Descriptions
1.บันทึกบัญชีและปรับปรุงการบันทึกบัญชีต่าง ๆ 2.จัดทำทะเบียนทรัพย์สินบริษัท ให้ถูกต้องและครบถ้วน 3. ดูแลรับผิดชอบการขายทรัพย์สินของบริษัท 4.ตรวจสอบการเคลียร์เงินทดรอง และบันทึกรายการบัญชีในใบสำคัญ 5.จัดทำรายการภาษีซื้อและภาษีขาย 6.จัดเก็บเอกสารใบกำกับภาษีทางด้านภาษีซื้อ ให้ครบถ้วน 7.ติดตามใบกำกับภาษีซื้อจากผู้ขายให้ครบ 8.ตรวจสอบ Statement Bank 9. ตัดชำระหนี้เจ้าหนี้ 10.บันทึกรายการเงินสดย่อย 11.งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีสาขาการบัญชี, การเงิน, หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีใบประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพบัญชี (CPA) หรือประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพอื่น ๆ เป็จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  3. ประสบการณ์ขั้นต่ำ 2-3 ปีในสายงานบัญชีหรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. ความชำนาญในการใช้ซอฟต์แวร์บัญชี (เช่น QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) และ Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel
  5. ความเข้าใจในหลักการและปฏิบัติทางการบัญชีอย่างลึกซึ้ง
  6. ทักษะการวิเคราะห์, การแก้ปัญหา และการจัดการองค์กรที่ยอดเยี่ยม
  7. ความละเอียดรอบคอบและความถูกต้องสูง
  8. ความสามารถในการทำงานอย่างอิสระและเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของทีม
  9. ทักษะการสื่อสารและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลที่ดี
