Job Descriptions
•Take a lead on MAE's mechanical problem solving & solution implementation in shopfloor. •Provide MAE's mechanical details & issue MAE's mechanical standard document for Maintenance. •Work with spare part team to ensure availability of critical spare part for equipment and machines. •Work with associates of other departments for machine & quality improvement. •Train and transfer technical knowledge and skill to maintenance technician. •Support the cost reduction activity by providing innovative ideas that related to mechanical topics. •Control and monitor MTTR and MTBF performance indicators to meet targets, particularly in mechanical systems.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor or master graduation with Mechanical engineer.
  2. Intermediate or advanced in English.
  3. Above 3 years' experience in machinery maintenance.
  4. Have strong experience in solving the mechanical problem of machine or improving machine design.
  5. Have deep unstanding in MAE's mechanical drawing & Pneumatic diagram.
  6. Have deep knowledge and skill in machine alignment concept.
  7. Leadership skill.
  8. Strong mechanical skill & knowledge, especially in Pneumatic system, Transportation system, Linear movement etc.
  9. Deep knowledge in instrument tools for mechanical adjustment.
  10. Strong problem solving and systematic thinking skill.
  11. Strong teamwork skill.
