Job Descriptions
-สกัดข้อมูลจากแบบออกแบบ (Architect/Structural/MEP) และ จัดทำ Shop Drawing/CAD & Revit BIM ให้ครบถ้วนสำหรับงานโครงสร้าง คสล., สถาปัตย์ รวมถึงระบบไฟฟ้า-สุขาภิบาล -ประสานงานกับ PM, วิศวกรที่ปรึกษา, ผู้รับเหมาช่วง เพื่อตรวจสอบ Clash Detection และ Revise ภายใน BIM 360 / Navisworks ก่อนออกแบบหน้างาน - จัดทำแผน Shop Drawing Schedule ให้สอดคล้อง Master Schedule และเร่งอนุมัติให้เสร็จภายใน SLA ที่กำหนด (แบบใหม่ ≤ 3 วันทำการ, แก้ไข ≤ 24 ชม.) -อัปเดต Revision Log, ตอบ RFI, และจัดเก็บเอกสารมาตรฐาน ISO 9001 / มาตรฐานการก่อสร้างที่กำหนด -ตรวจสอบขนาดจริง (Site Verification) และจัดทำ As-Built Drawing ส่งมอบหลังงานเสร็จ
Qualifications
  1. ปวส.-ปริญญาตรี สาขาโยธา สถาปัตย์ หรือสาขาเกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ประสบการณ์ ≥ 3 ปี ในการออก Shop Drawing อาคารขนาด > 1,000 ตร.ม. (หากเคยทำสำนักงานหรือโรงงานจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  3. ใช้งาน AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 ได้คล่อง; เข้าใจ Family / Template / View Template
  4. อ่าน-เขียนอังกฤษเบื้องต้นได้ (เพื่อสื่อสารกับซัพพลายเออร์/ผู้ผลิต)
  5. มีความรู้มาตรฐาน TIS, ACI, NEC-Thailand และข้อกำหนดวัสดุก่อสร้าง
  6. ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและเดดไลน์ได้ดี, ทักษะประสานงานทีมสหสาขา
  7. ไม่มีประวัติยุ่งเกี่ยวกับยาเสพติดและสิ่งผิดกฎหมาย
