Job Descriptions
1. วางแผน ดำเนินการ และวิเคราะห์ผลโฆษณาและโปรโมชั่นใน Shopee / Lazada โดยมุ่งเน้นที่ CTR, CVR และ ROAS 2. ออกแบบและสร้างคอนเทนต์สำหรับโซเชียลมีเดีย เช่น Facebook, Instagram และ TikTok 3. สร้างและปรับปรุงหน้ารายละเอียดสินค้า รวมถึงคอนเทนต์เสริมต่าง ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มจำนวนการเข้าชมหน้าและอัตราการกดเพิ่มลงตะกร้า 4. จัดการโฆษณา Google / Meta และออกแบบสื่อโฆษณาให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด (ปรับปรุง CPC และ CPM) 5. วางแผนความร่วมมือกับอินฟลูเอนเซอร์และแคมเปญการตลาดแบบไวรัล 6. จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงานทางการตลาดประจำสัปดาห์/เดือน โดยอ้างอิงจากข้อมูลจริง
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุตั้งแต่ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีด้านการตลาด อีคอมเมิร์ซ การจัดการธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. ประสบการณ์ 1–2 ปีในด้านการตลาดดิจิทัล อีคอมเมิร์ซ หรือการดำเนินงานแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์
  4. สามารถใช้งาน Excel หรือ Google Sheets เพื่อจัดทำรายงานและติดตามตัวชี้วัดประสิทธิภาพ
  5. มีประสบการณ์ใช้งานจริงกับเครื่องมือออกแบบกราฟิก เช่น Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut หรือ Figma
  6. มีประสบการณ์บริหารร้านค้าหรือแคมเปญใน Shopee หรือ Lazada Seller Center
  7. คุ้นเคยกับการใช้งาน Google Ads หรือ Meta Ads Manager ทั้งในส่วนของการตั้งค่าและวิเคราะห์ผล
  8. สามารถแนบผลงานที่ผ่านมา เช่น ภาพโฆษณาในโซเชียล หน้าแสดงสินค้า หรือวิดีโอที่เคยผลิตไว้
  9. มีทัศนคติที่ดี มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และบุคลิกภาพดี มีความขยัน อดทนและตรงต่อเวลา
