Job Descriptions
- Handling customer orders, entering into system & tracking production progress - Coordinating both domestic and international shipments - Preparing export documents and ensuring timely dispatch - Issuing invoices, following up on payments and overdue accounts - Maintaining customer relationships via email and phone - Compiling sales reports regularly for management review
Qualifications
  1. Female
  2. Bachelor’s degree
  3. Experience in sales/shipping in a manufacturing company
  4. Excellent Excel skills – PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and formulas
  5. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Kingdee, UFIDA)
  6. Strong English reading & writing skills (email fluency; basic speaking)
  7. Detail-oriented with great communication & coordination skills
  8. Willingness to work occasional overtime
  9. Must reside in Rayong or be open to relocation
