Job Descriptions
- วางแผนและดำเนินการสรรหาบุคลากรตามแผนอัตรากำลังคนขององค์กร - คัดเลือกและสัมภาษณ์ผู้สมัครเบื้องต้นก่อนเสนอผู้มีอำนาจพิจารณา - จัดทำและบริหารเอกสารด้านการว่าจ้าง การทำสัญญาจ้างงาน - ดูแลและติดตามกระบวนการประเมินผลการทดลองงานของพนักงานใหม่ - พร้อมจัดเก็บข้อมูลและรายงานผล - ประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนกิจกรรมด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล - ดูแลและพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลพนักงาน - รายงานและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการสรรหา - งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย / หญิง อายุ 23–30 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์, จิตวิทยา, การจัดการ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในงาน HR โดยเฉพาะงานสรรหา อย่างน้อย 1 ปี (มีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  4. มีทักษะในการใช้งานโปรแกรมและเครื่องมือที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานสรรหา เช่น เครื่องมือสัมภาษณ์ออนไลน์ แพลตฟอร์มหางานและโซเชียลมีเดีย
  5. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
  6. มีความรับผิดชอบและสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
