Job Descriptions
- Support IT infrastructure inclusive of network devices, servers, server room facilities.
- Monitor network/server performance, tuning and reporting.
- Prepare regular report of IT infrastructure asset, health check, technical documentation and user manual.
- Provide support and maintenance of PC hardware /network / application and operating system.
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce systems, policies and procedures.
- install/Maintain and Control CCTV
- Maintain on Finger Scan Equipment and set up fingerprint for new staff.
- Provide hardware/software, Network IT administration support to users.
- Support all function related with IT.
Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology or any field of Computer Science or related field or equivalence.
- Minimum experiences in related works at least 2 years.
- Able to travel to site office.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and be proactive.
