Job Descriptions
Initiate and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) for CNC EDM machines, accessories, and repair items.
Track and follow up on Purchase Orders (PO) until successful delivery.
Liaise with suppliers to confirm delivery timelines and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
Ensure all delivered parts meet acceptance criteria and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of all incoming parts, tools, and accessories.
Organize and update documentation related to tool repairs, replacements, and maintenance.
Support the tool shop team in maintaining a clean and organized inventory system.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative roles in a manufacturing or tool shop environment.
- Age 25–35 Years
- Proficiency in SAP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
