- Lead and manage cross-functional projects, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery meets defined scope, timeline, quality standards, and budget expectations. - Collaborate with project sponsors and key stakeholders to prioritize deliverables, define milestones, and plan project activities. - Track project progress and manage issues, risks, and changes while ensuring transparency in budget usage (OPEX and CAPEX). - Communicate regularly with workstream owners and stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to avoid or resolve potential delays. - Perform additional duties or assignments as requested by management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, with hands-on knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Background in business process improvement; experience in the life insurance industry is a plus.
Results-driven with strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking and presentation abilities; able to work well in a team environment.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, is required.
