Job Descriptions
Job Purpose The Specialist, Architect will support the planning and execution of architectural design projects, particularly focusing on data centre and IT infrastructure developments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact global projects within a dynamic team. A background in consultancy firms will be considered an advantage. The candidate must be proficient in both Thai and English (spoken and written) to effectively coordinate with local authorities, consultants, and international stakeholders. Key Responsibilities & accountabilities •Prepare design, planning, and development of data centre architecture and IT infrastructure projects in Thailand and the region. •Create and oversee architectural drawings, schematics, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools. •Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to ensure project viability and regulatory compliance. •Liaise with Thai local authorities for submission and approval processes. •Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, mechanical, and electrical consultants to ensure design integration. •Manage all project documentation including technical reports, presentations, and specifications. •Apply sustainable and energy-efficient design strategies specific to data centres. •Ensure compliance with local Thai and international building codes, regulations, and industry standards. •Attend client meetings and provide innovative, practical design solutions. •Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution. •Stay abreast of the latest developments in architectural design and data centre infrastructure.
Qualifications
  1. Prepare design, planning, and development of data centre architecture and IT infrastructure projects in Thailand and the region.
