Job Descriptions
-Study and implement the International or Customer Testing method then apply for In-house testing. -Set up Laboratory control system (Procedure, Instruction). -Provide Testing instruction of each Test items. -Review and ensure Test result. -Operate and maintain of GC-MS, DHS machine. -Set up and control cleanliness monitoring system. - Cooperate with customer and supplier (include external lab) in cleanliness/contamination matter. -Grow up team members for more high inspection skill. -Take care all concerned quality system and to support department target. -involve and support company activities. -Provide training and other task as being assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.
  2. Experience 3 - 5 years in Lab and Cleanliness/Contamination.
  3. Knowledge of material science techniques such as Outgas, FTIR, NVR, DHS and other contamination analysis methods.
  4. Experience in Cleanliness/contamination control within HDD or HDD component manufacturing environments.
  5. Strong ability to identify, analyze, and define the causes or sources of contamination that can lead to failure in HDD or HDD components and ability to design and implement contamination detection methods and solutions to address cleanliness and contamination issues.
  6. Skilled in using root cause analysis techniques (such as 8D, 5 Whys) to diagnose contamination problems, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and experience in troubleshooting and resolving contamination-related issues.
  7. Quality Assurance and Standards Knowledge: Deep understanding of HDD standards related to contamination control and cleanliness testing.
  8. Data Analysis and Reporting: Strong analytical skills to interpret contamination test results and other relevant data, providing actionable insights.
  9. Good command of spoken and written English.
  10. Have knowledge of computers such as Microsoft office, etc.
